Bulk Doors for Buildings

We specialize in bulk interior door orders for buildings. Supers, property managers, and GCs across Manhattan keep their standard sizes on file with us, so a unit turnover is one phone call instead of a measuring trip and a special order. A trade account gets you volume pricing and scheduled deliveries to your building, Monday through Friday.

Do you deliver interior doors same day?

Yes — Monday through Friday. Order by 9 AM and we deliver the same day on the Upper East Side and throughout much of Manhattan; order later and your door arrives the next business day. We don't deliver on weekends — orders placed Friday after 9 AM through Sunday go out Monday. Call 212-249-1614 to confirm a delivery window.

What sizes do you stock?

Seven widths — 18", 24", 28", 30", 32", 34" and 36" — all 80" tall and 1-3/8" thick, the standard for residential interior doors. Odd opening? We can trim a stocked door to fit.

Solid core or hollow core — which should I choose?

Solid-core doors are heavier, quieter and feel more substantial — ideal for bedrooms, offices and anywhere sound matters. Hollow-core doors are lighter and more economical — great for closets, pantries and rental turnovers.

Can you paint my door before it arrives?

Yes. Our in-house shop paints both sides of your new door in any Benjamin Moore color before delivery. Add the painting service to your order and tell us the color at checkout, in store or by phone.

Do you cut doors to size?

Yes — trim-to-fit is one of our most-used services, especially for prewar frames that are no longer square. Bring your measurements to the store or give us a call and we will cut your door before it ships.
