How it is priced. You buy the sheet, and we cut it however you like for a flat $7 per finished piece. Use the Chop your sheet tool above: enter the pieces you want and it shows you how they lay out on the sheet, how many sheets you need, and the total. Whatever is left of the sheet is yours to take on pickup and local delivery; on shipped orders we can only ship your cut pieces.
Cut accuracy is jobsite accuracy, not cabinet-shop accuracy — expect up to about 1/16 in of variance, sometimes a bit more on a long rip. If you need exact fractional tolerances, order slightly oversize and do the final trim yourself.
Looking for a smooth, paintable face? Birch plywood is sold cut to size and priced by the square foot, and it sands and finishes clean. CDX is the choice when the wood is structural or hidden.
