Per-square-foot rates: Birch 1/2 in $7.99 · Birch 3/4 in $9.99. Billed on whole square feet, rounded up, and the cut is included in the rate — there is no separate cutting charge on birch.

Buying a large piece? Check the sheet price first. A full 4 x 8 sheet is 32 sq ft. Above roughly 15 sq ft in 1/2 in or 14 sq ft in 3/4 in, a whole sheet costs less than the same area billed per square foot — Birch Plywood — Full Sheets & Pre-Cut Panels, 1/2 in $124.99 and 3/4 in $139.99. At 32 sq ft the per-square-foot price would be $255.68 in 1/2 in, so on a big piece the sheet is the better buy and you keep the offcut.

Other materials are not priced this way. CDX plywood, Masonite hardboard and Luan are sold by the full 4x8 sheet plus a flat $7 per finished piece we cut, and whatever is left of the sheet is yours on pickup and local delivery. Each of those product pages has a Chop your sheet tool that lays out your pieces and prices them.

Long narrow strips — under 12 in on the short side and over 48 in on the long side — are quoted by hand rather than through the cart, because the rip runs the full length of the sheet. Send us the list and we will price it, usually the same day.

Cut accuracy is jobsite accuracy, not cabinet-shop accuracy — expect up to about 1/16 in of variance. If you need exact fractional tolerances, order slightly oversize and do the final trim yourself. Cut-to-size lumber is made to your specification and is non-returnable.
